After over 10 years of playing Roller Derby, I found myself deeply missing the thrill of skating and the incredible sweat equity of the track. As a lifelong athlete—from running marathons and lifting heavy to BMX and cold-water swimming—RollerFitness was the perfect way to bring that intensity back into my life.
I am a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor and a certified Mindset Coach. My approach combines physical performance with the mental resilience needed to master new challenges. I’m incredibly excited to be back on my skates, helping others find their power on eight wheels.
Launching later this year, my online sessions are specifically designed for home practice. They provide the ideal, low-pressure space to build confidence and strength before heading out to skate parks, promenades, or the derby track.
