29. Knee Plank Straight Leg Raise

  • RollerFitness Exercises,

Start in knee supported plank position - elbows and shoulders align - forearms parallel - keep hips square to the floor - extend one leg - raise and lower leg maintaining full extension - as the leg raises squeeze the glute muscle tight - lower leg - continue with action - alternate legs and repeat.
